By downloading, installing, or using AutoClicker ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms.

Your license is valid for the duration of your subscription or trial period. Upon expiration, you must cease using the Software or renew your subscription.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Software to:

  • Simulate computer activity for personal productivity purposes
  • Keep your computer from going idle during work hours
  • Maintain active status on work applications

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Software to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your work
  • Violate your employer's policies or terms of employment
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • Use the Software for any illegal purposes

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or that it will be undetectable by monitoring software. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to termination of employment, loss of income, or disciplinary action.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the Software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
